Now that everybody finally got to meet everybody in the office again, it was time for a photo shoot of the ttopstart team. And since this month it is Sietske Zagers’ first year as the director of ttopstart, she looks back on her first year as head of the diverse and driven ttopstart team.

Sietske Zagers: “As I celebrate my first year as director of this company, I can honestly say that I love my job, because I get to work with this very diverse and driven team: young talents with bright ideas, senior consultants with over 25 years of experience, men and women of different nationalities, all with a passion for science and business and a unique personality. Together we are a dream team!
I am very proud of each one and the individual role in our success story. It was not easy to get to know new colleagues remotely, but we persevered and as a team, we found a way to stay connected. Full of positive energy, we continue to grow and contribute to a world where life sciences innovations change patients’ lives for the better.
