My experience in business development and commercial strategies allows me to bridge the gap between our internal capabilities and client requirements; develop our expertise into new services ensuring that we’re offering the most relevant and impactful support to our clients.

As a consultant at ttopstart, I build on a robust industry experience and a joint research and business focused Biomedical Sciences MSc degree from Leiden University Medical Center. To craft lasting commercial strategies for innovative ideas, I rely on my expertise in connecting industry leaders in the field of organ-on-a-chip technologies with European pharma enabling successful collaborations and long-term partnerships. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I am dedicated to supporting leading researchers with the right strategies through a constructive joint effort between industry partners and academia. I guide and engage partners to develop sustainable solutions for groundbreaking initiatives in IMI and Horizon2020 EU projects. My aim is to provide support beyond the funding period, finding sustainable approaches to implementing project outputs. My aspiration is to deliver lasting improvements in the life sciences sector ultimately contributing to the advancement of patient care.

Challenges researchers and innovators

Scientists face a multitude of challenges in translating brilliant ideas into real-world solutions. Securing funding, crafting effective strategies, managing large research consortia and their projects, and ensuring project sustainability beyond funding cycles: these tasks can be daunting while also maintaining research excellence. I love to help scientists navigate these complexities, ensuring the highest quality output. This allows them to focus on what they do best – groundbreaking scientific research.
