As an HR Advisor at ttopstart, it is my goal to manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, workplace happiness, and engagement.

My role is to ensure that employees have a positive experience at every stage of their employment, from the moment they join the company to the time they leave. I work closely with management and employees to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organization’s goals and values.

At ttopstart, as an HR advisor, I am working in a great place where colleagues collaborate on exciting and important projects. With a focus on life sciences and healthcare, we contribute to innovations that can have a positive impact on people’s lives.

In my role, I prioritize supporting your colleagues and being there for them when they need me. I recognize the importance of providing support to consultants through the learning & development program, and I strive to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to grow and develop within their roles. Overall, I play a role in promoting employee engagement and well-being while ensuring that the organization’s HR processes run smoothly.
